Asset value.Clearly defined rights.
USDA is developing a framework for asset verification, custody, registration and disclosure, with a focus on gold, fund interests and real-world asset digitisation.
An asset and its rights are distinct.
USD ASSET (USDA) studies gold assets, fund investment and RWA services. An asset’s value, its ownership and an investor’s rights each require separate verification. Digital registration does not replace legal title, independent custody or product terms.
Explore our asset perspectiveFrom verification to ongoing disclosure.
The proposed framework runs from due diligence through rights definition and registration to reporting. These are intended working standards, not confirmation that products have been issued.
Asset verification
Establish provenance, ownership, valuation basis and supporting records.
Custody & rights
Define custody arrangements and the specific rights of holders.
Digital registration
Design registration, transfer and subscription or redemption around product terms.
Ongoing disclosure
Maintain asset information, reports and material updates.
It begins with assets.
Gold, fund units and digitally recorded rights have different characteristics. They should not be presented as a single reserve or redemption commitment.
Tangible assets. A long-term view.
The gold strategy distinguishes deliverable physical gold from mining interests. Proposed assets require checks on title, valuation, safekeeping and disposal restrictions. Underground resources are neither physical inventory nor immediately available redemption reserves.
Explore the disclosure scopeDiverse assets. Defined rights.
Fund rights depend on the relevant product documents, including NAV, fees, investor eligibility and subscription or redemption terms. Any exchange between USDA and fund units requires a separate valid arrangement; fund ownership and distributions are not automatic.
Understand holder rightsConnecting physical and digital.
Proposed real-world asset services spanning asset verification, rights registration, custody and ongoing disclosures, with a view to connecting markets and institutional partners.
Explore the proposed frameworkUnderstanding value starts with clarity.
Disclosures should identify asset sources, responsible entities, the scope of rights and report dates. The materials below are not yet public. Verification and version records are required before publication.
Information will be published once verified and ready for public disclosure.
Regional foundations. A global perspective.
From asset origination to market connections, taking a long-term view of development and collaboration across regions.
These are areas of regional research and planning, not evidence of local licences, completed partnerships or a confirmed listing date.

Does USDA promise a fixed price or return?
This website promises no fixed price, capital protection or return. Token classification, value support and redemption mechanisms remain subject to clarification and formal disclosure. Market, liquidity, custody and execution risks can result in losses.
Does holding USDA automatically grant fund or equity rights?
Holding USDA alone does not establish entitlement to fund units, distributions or shares in listed companies. Each type of right is separately defined in the applicable product terms and valid agreements.
Where can I find official documents and issuance information?
Product documents, issuing entities, contract addresses and service availability will be disclosed here after verification and clearance for publication. This website currently offers no subscription, payment or wallet connection.
